Shipping / Turnaround Time

Our turnaround time is typically 2-3 weeks. Once your order is complete and ready to ship, expect normal ground shipping (3-5 days). If you need your order sooner, please email us at thedashingdapple@gmail.com. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Returns & Refunds

As our items are handmade with care and attention to detail, each one is unique and may have slight variations in color, texture, or size. These natural differences are part of the charm of handcrafted products and ensure that no two pieces are exactly alike. Due to this, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. We encourage you to carefully review product images before making your purchase to ensure it meets your expectations. With all that being said, we package our orders with care, and we make sure everything is secure and won’t move around in their box before being shipped. If your order arrives damaged, please contact your mail currier.

Safety

Pet ID tags are choking hazards so please make sure you are monitoring your pet while they are wearing their ID tag. Keep your pet’s ID tags away from children and your pet when not being worn.
